Born and raised in Chicago, Stefano graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Economics and earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago. Stefano is an Associate in the Firm’s Chicago Office where he focuses on international trade, business law, environmental & energy regulation, and commercial real estate matters. Prior to his attendance in law school, Stefano worked as a Renewable Energy Analyst in Los Angeles handling the procurement and development of renewable energy projects on a national and international scale. During law school, Stefano clerked for RKF Global and the WEC Energy Group, served on the international law review for the law school, and earned a certificate in International Law. Stefano now has a diverse portfolio of transactional experience in both domestic and international contract drafting and legal research, along with some international commercial arbitration that he contributes to the firm.
